Garden Walk to honor Santa Anita Park

This year we have chosen to honor Santa Anita Park and the contributions the racetrack has made to our community’s history during the last nine decades. The garden walk will feature iconic moments in the life of this great racing establishment—moments like Santa Anita’s grand opening on Christmas Day in 1934, Johnny Longden’s last ride aboard George Royal in 1966, and Zenyatta beating the boys in the 2009 Breeder’s Cup Classic. A special history video will be presented.
