Eugene Moy, President (nominee) of the Chinese Historical Society of Southern California provided Arcadia Historical Society members and guests an informative and fascinating talk last Sunday, providing rich insight on early California history that helped provide a chronological understanding of early Chinese immigration and the significant role, often times under great duress, these hardworking people played in shaping our state and country’s history.
The Society highly recommends sitting in on one of Mr. Moy’s presentations, especially American born Chinese who should really enjoy and take pride in learning about the rich cultural and event changing contributions their industrious predecessors have made to America. Thank you Mr. Moy for a wonderful afternoon!
